HELP!! Tecra 8100 Laptop - Where's the Hard Drive??

Turn the laptop upside down with the screen catch facing you. On the right hand side at the front you will see a plate held on with two screws, remove them and remove the plate. Underneath the hard disk is in the caddy which is held in with one screw right under the HD in the middle. Remove this screw and the hard disk pulls out, the hard disk is held into the caddy by four screws.

Ummm, there is only one screw for the HDD cover and no screws holding the caddy in, everything else is correct.

Ender510: You do realize that if the HDD is bad that there is a good chance the unit is still under manufacturer's warranty?
