HELP!! System Randomly Reboots!!!!

Yo good ppl out there... I'm having problem with my newly configured PC. I'm running Win XP Pro, and my system randomly reboots... causing loss of precious inforamtion. It's definitely not due to OVERHEATING, i know... because i have 5 fans inside. COULD IT BE INSUFFICIENT POWER SUPPLY? I'm using a 3200W output power box. Below is my full sys config. Thanx for the help in advance.

AMD Athlon XP 1600 Processor
MSI K7T226 Pro-RU mobo
256 MB DDR RAM
GeForce2 MX200 Graphics Card
1 Maxtor 40.0 GB ATA 133 (7200rpm) HDD + 1 Maxtor 3.5GB ATA 66 HDD
24X TEAC CD-ROM
3200W output powerbox
5 Fans(inclusive of processor fan)

O/S: WIN XP Pro

 
What's the brand name of the Power box, I'd love to have one of those 3200W! That's the biggest one I've seen so far. As for the reboots, you need to check with MSI first if they have an updated bios or if your problem is in their FAQ. If it's not, you can start looking into the software first. BAck up your data and then do a clean install. With just XP running see if you are having reboots still. If not then continue installing the rest of the softwares while testing along the way. If the system starts rebooting with just XP installed, you might have a driver problem or hardware problem.
 
Also disable the auto reboot in XP ,that will tell you next time if it`s a BSOD problem with a BSOD message which might help track down the problem.
 
It shouldn't be your power supply, although it is a slight possibility. My guess would be that your memory settings are too high in the bios and need to be adjusted. If that doesn't help then you should test the power supply and the memory.
 
And I just realised that I have an unauthorised video driver (DETONATOR XP from nVidia) which is not authenticated by WIN XP.....duh... but does that cause a problem?

 
if you havent changed memory settings and/or arent oc'ing it at all, it could very well be your power supply, it could just be bad, .. try switching power supplies, if you can, get a hold of a 350w, just to remove that possibility, good luck ..

It`s in system properties,you know where device manager is, from control panel to system then under advanced tab in system properties,then startup recovery settings button then don`t put a tick in the auto restart box,BSOD is "blue screen of death" on the monitor screen in blue with a error message of the problem.
 
What kind of HSF combination do you have on the CPU? It could be a heat related problem. Faulty memory could also be to blame, as well as some kind of motherboard problem. Test some other memory out in your system for a day or two, if the problem doesn't occur, you have your solution.
