Help & Support with Win Me does not work

It just states 'The page cannot be displayed'

It works on my other computer and cannot think what caused it. For the first and maybe the second time, it worked, but now it just brings up that error in IE style.

I did have this error log file, but it has gone.

I know it isn't a major thing that the help section doesn't work, but it is annoying that it doesn't work.
 
The thing is it worked the first and second time and now doesn't.

Also, it works on my other computer.

If you do not understand what it is, it is Help, System Information and the Tour all in one place
 
Well what beta version are you using? Do you have the final release? ver. 3000.2? If not, get it, or wait until sept. when you can buy it in stores like your supposed to.
 
..again. Looking over from what I wrote, it is wrong.

I installed it fresh the first time round and mucked around with many settings. I need to re-minstall everything again I think.
