[HELP] Suggestions for a new mobile phone

Hi,

Friends I need a new phone and looking for nice camera with HD recording and any OS (latest build). I have zeroed on Xperia ray and Omnia W I8350.

Xperia ray: Nice camera with Sony features but not automatic flash, ICS 4.0 upgrade on the way this year
Omnia W I8350: Nice screen and cam, 7.5 Mango

I am not going to use any other features for now since 3G is expensive here in India.

Please give recommendations if you have a first hand experience with these phones OR have a better phones in your hand with same price tags.
