Help! strange monitor problem, blurry in certain areas.

I have an Cornea 17 in LCD and im running a Radeon 9500 Pro with Cat 3.10s. Yesturday when i started up my computer i noticed my desktop looked really weird. The picture is blurry in certain areas, like the left center, exact center, and right center. On a white page the text in these areas shows up darker. On web pages and my desktop the picture kind of shakes too. Some columns its sharp though, its not the whole monitor thats displaying strangely.
