hi guys, i've deleted the folder 'steamapps' from my valve folder and after that uninstalled hl2 and steam program.

I reinstalled everything back namely steam and hl2 but after the updating of steam platform, none of the steam icon appear on the taskbar for me to access the games? What should i do? It doesn't prompt me to enter my cd key and decrypt the game files which it used to. right now i can't play any of the games. Any help apprieciated. 🙂
 
just compeletely reintall everything. after that choose to purchase the games you had. Then when click on the "already have this item"(or something like that) and then type in your cd key.



P.S.why did you delete the steamapps folder?
