The best way to get out of it is to, uhh, pay the fine?

Some people are retarded.

if u haven't figure out people on this board are morality cops!!! if you break the law they feel u should pay the penalty so if u wante a honest answer ask this question somewere else

After attempting to run this thru babelfish in 12 different languages, I think I've deciphered what it says. I didn't know finding a way to get out of breaking the law was an "honest answer" :)

-- You're guilty. How do you plead? :Q

If your record is otherwise clean, the best way through it is traffic school. It will cost you as much as the ticket, or maybe even a little more, but the ticket will be expunged from your record, saving you a lot on your car insurance rates. In many states, you can even d/l the materials on line so you don't have to waste off a day or two in the classes.

You did it. The best thing, now, is to deal with that reality and keep stepping.

Don't listen to these holier-than-thou people, I'm sure they've never broken a law

I would fight it... try and get a traffic lawyer when your court day comes. They are a bit pricy but they are definately cheaper than what the ticket + insurance + points costs you. Really.. you were surrounded by corn fields? Were you out in the middle of nowhere or something? That cop must have no life. Oohhh... he was driving so dangerously.. god forbid he might wipe out a few corn stalks.

Now, if this is just a joke and you're not serious then screw you ;)

I was pulled over the other night for 77mph in a 40mph zone. I need help on how to get out of it. The road is a back road on which no cars (except me and the cop car) were travelling. The entire road except where I was pulled over is corn fields. Is there anyway/anything I can say to make the judge realize that I am innocent?

Note I was infact travelling 75+mph in a 40mph zone, but I don't want to pay the full price.

Just bend over and accept. You were speeding.
Drive slower next time.

Moron... it's not that we never speed, it's that WHEN we do it, and IF we get caught, we don't bitch and moan about how the cop had nothing better to do, or how he didn't like the color of my car, or whatever other BS excuse you want to come up with. WE take responsibility for our actions, because WE are adults, and not CHILDREN who are still trying to blame someone else for our stupid mistakes.

Now shut your hole.

My advice: drink heavily. Stalk and kill the responsible police officer. That way, when it comes time to go to court, there will be no one left to testify against you.

OMG.... AvesPKS, you either need help or just have a VERY differnt way of looking at things....

If you were doing 75+ on a 40 mph zone, how or why would anyone (including the judge) even try to realize or think you are innocent?
