HELP snfuid.exe on my computer!

I run Windows XP and suddenly the file 'snfuid.exe' shows on my C-drive.
Does anyone know what it is?

You might want to scan your PC with Superantispyware or Malwarebytes or post a Hijackthis log file here.

Also, upload the file to http://www.virustotal.com and post the results of the analysis. If you have no antivirus software yet, there is a free version of AntiVir from http://www.free-av.com.
