Help! Setup Initialization Error....

The above message appear when I installing the driver/software for scanner. After the message pop up, the setup cannot complete and the scanner cannot be detected. So, does anyone know what is the problem? Thanks a lot!

I'm using windows 2000, and the scanner is HP Scanjet 5200c.
