I just got my antec 1040 case in a couple days ago and then I got some new panaflos. I just installed 4 as case fans and as I was putting the HD cage back in, it isn't going in all the way. It won't lock into place. I don't want to force anything. Has anybody else had this problem? The fan is not getting in the way
 
The fan wires are getting in the way. Take out the fan for a minute, and put the HDD cage in all the way, then look where the edge of the HDD cage hits the case. At the sides, it touches. At the top edge, there's a gap. You want the fan wires to go through that gap at the top, so they're not getting pinched between the HDD cage and the case.

I forsaw this problem and I thought that I made sure that the wires weren't in the way. Sure enough, I moved them around and it slid right in...
