Help request re: PMs

When I click to "Reply" to a PM,
the normal window opens to only about half its normal height.
There?s no access to the "Send" button below the message field, so a PM can't be sent.

Remedies that haven't worked:
...grab and drag the PM-reply window frame to either enlarge or shrink it.
...shrink or blow up monitor resolution.
...cache clearing (as suggested in some post).

At the moment I want to give courtesy replies to 2 PM's but can't reach "Send" to transmit.

Are there any ideas on fixes?

Yup! You just handed me the solution!

I use Firefox 2.0.0.3
When I shook the dust off IE Explorer & tried that, it worked just fine.

Maybe that suggests the problem was due to something that I don't understand deep down in my FF configuration.

scott, why is your text so huge? Try reducing the size to normal to see if it helps.
