Help, quicktime only works for administrator

Hi Ya'll,

I installed quicktime and the pulg-ins onto my machine. I nstalled everything as the administrator and it worked fine while I was logged in as the administrator. However, all other accounts on my PC can't use Quicktime. This completely confuses me. Anyone else have this problem or have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
