I don't have any experince with it, my moms work had new computers/servers installed last month and apparently the guy who did it isn't very good in Cirtix. The printers aren't working correctly, and a few other small issues which are attributed to Cirtix not being configured correctly. I have been on PC's since 8088's so I'm guessing I should be able to read up and figure out enough to help them. It's not even a big setup so I'm not sure exactly why the company that sold them the setup had them go with Cirtix, other than maybe to make more $$$. it's 1 server and 9 workstations. They're still dealing with the guy who installed the PC's & server but they're about to kick him to the curb. They don't know anyone else to call and I don't know any Cirtix people to recommend. So I told them I'd look into it
Anyhow, I did Google Cirtix and there are a lot of links, but I'm hoping somebody on here has a link they can recommend as opposed to me just blindly reading shit. Also if anyone here is good with Cirtix and feels like rating how hard fixing the printer problem *should* be on a scale of 0-10 for a Cirtix n00b I'd love it. I haven't offered to do it, I just told them I would read up and let them know if this is something I'm capable of doing.
