Help putting Win2k on Dell Dimension 8100

Has anyone run into this? I have a phantom device And i don't know what it is. I have gone through all of the dell drivers that i could download, and every device/chipset feature has been installed. Any suggestions as to what I can do to figure out what this unknown device is?
 
looks like it was the button on the front of the case, Dell Solutions Center software installation fixed it!
