Help! Problems with New Box

Built a new box:

AMD Athlon XP1800
Geforce4 TI4200
Biostar M7VIP (KT333)
DDR 256 PC2700
Thermotake Vol. 6
PS - Allied 300W

Upon 1st boot, case fan, thermo fan, VC fan all running fine. Nothing else though. No video, no view of CMOS. All drives unplugged (CD-RW, HD, floppy). No sounds from Mobo speaker. No lights on kepboard??? All jumpers are correct per manual.

Any Suggestions?

My friend once had the same problem. Try another Powersupply. I know it sounds kinda strange, but power supplies are often the cause of a strange problem.
