HELP! Problem with Black Icons/Etc...

As you might know from my previous posts, I have been battling a video problem and I still have no clue. Well, over the time ... a new problem has arisen. Almost every icon is black, my explorer icons are black, start menu icons are black, taskbar icons are black, and other problems. Also, my PC is coming up with a problem stating that it is full or it is corrupt. This is a Western Digital 12.6 GB Hard Drive. Pretty old, but so is my PC. I'll give a link to another forum that I visit, and it has pictures of the problems. Please help!

Thanks for the help, hopefully I can get this problem fixed and maybe get my other problem fixed.
 
Delete the ShellIconCache file from your Windows folder and reboot. That should fix your icons.
 
Woot! It worked, fixed my problem and all. Thanks a lot man! Now, don't suppose you know why full screen applicatations such as Cosmic Rift would be crashing would you? Since you are the "faq man" and all =)
