**HELP** Primary and Secondary IDE controllers (dual FIFO)

I have an intel based atx motherboard(don't know the manufacture)and I just installed windows 98 a new hard drive.
Now when I go into the device manager I see 2 yellow icons one next the the Primary IDE controller and the other next to the Secondary IDE controller.
When I go to update the driver it says windows is already using the best driver.

I tried looking on intels web site but didn't have much luck.

If anyone could help me or point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
