HELP! Popup window ad bug?

Please help, I have this annoying popup window ad that appears everytime I open Yah??, HalfDOT, G??gle. It doesn't happen on all sites, just these...so far. I have two machines networked and it is only doing it on one of them. I have cleared all of my temp internet files, cookies, and history. I ran my virus scan but nothing came up. It has to be inside my machine...but where. Here is the ad I get: Popup Ad Any help would be great.

Try some of the programs mentioned in this thread. I recommend trying the "hosts" file trick mentioned in that thread.

Another thing. Go to Control Panel >> Add/Remove Programs and see if anything odd is listed. Some programs like Hotbar and KaZza install "spyware" programs automatically, and even if you uninstall the original program, some of these spyware programs are left over. Some of them popup ads when you visit particular sites. If you suspect spyware, check out this site.
