help - pocketpc experts needed

I'm trying to put that Yatta video on my PocketPC PDA 🙂 However, when I play it it's really choppy. Is there anything I could do to make it smoother? I know people watch videos on their PDAs... I have an Audiovox Maestro with Pocket PC 2002 and I'm just playing the .asf video with the windows pocket media thing. I tried running in it in the pda and on a CF, but they're both slow.

I was doing some reading and found some software called Pocket TV. It seems easy to use, but it needs files to be in .mpeg.. Anyone know of some easy way to convert a .asf file to .mpeg (actual conversion.. no just renaming the file 🙂 )

I would suggest you wait for divx5 to be released for pocketpc and then encode the video file to divx.

How big is your version of yatta?

It's 7.7 mb... I'd prefer to be able to play it pretty much now 🙂 I want to shock my friends by being able to play it anywhere.
