i just ordered the wrong type of DDR ram for my new motherboard. I got Crucial 256DDR 200Pin and i was told it is incompatible with my KG7-RAID. If this is true what kind should i get?

the 200-pin SODIMM (Small-Outline Dual Inline Memory Module) is for laptops. The 168-pin DIMM (Dual Inline Memory Module) is what you typically find in desktop motherboards (like yours). I would just call up crucial, explain the situation, and ask to exchange it. There may be a restocking fee, but it shouldn't be too much.

Yeah, sorry. 168pin is for SDR SDRAM, 184pin is for DDR SDRAM. You want the 184pin version :).
