i'm not sure for that particular flight, but the rule is usually to look early and keep checking the airlines repeatedly because deals come and go quick. just because theres nothing there today doesn't mean they won't try and unload something tomorrow. I was on Lufthansa's website and last week they had flights from dallas to london for just over $200, not sure if its still running, but thats a great price. So like i said, just keep checking.
