What's up everyone? I need help. I'm looking for a loud & clear digital cordless phone. Long battery life is a must, long talk time too. Any suggestions? I'm also looking for an analog phone for my kitchen. Something loud, crystal clear and stylish(if possible). I've been burnt by the big cordless phone companies, so I'm staying away from Panasonic and Sony brands. Thanks again for any suggestions.
 
I've got a pair of GE cordless phones - work great... we only have them on the charger about once a week.
Only one base needs the phone cord to it.. the other base just needs to be plugged in - ideal since I was planning on running phone line to our attic (remodeled into son's bedroom) - and it saved me a couple hours worth of work. Range is great too... I haven't figured out what the maximum range is, but I can go a couple of houses down the street and and no static.
