HELP please!

I am using my comp and I get this

So I ran AVG as recommended and nothing, zelch.

So I try Norton, nothing.

I try coupld of anti-trojan programs and they can't detect it

Anyone know if this is an AVG bug or if I really have a trojan but the only way is reformat?

Any help would be appreciated... Reformatting would be last resort as I have a lot of school files on it.

Do you have a firewall?

have you tried just deleting the .exe that it mentions? If it is running, do it through DOS. You do remember DOS right?

Yes I have a firewall

I can't do it through DOS, it is restricted
