Help please with CPU!

I have a AXP 2800+ tbred with a ti4600, and i've noticed lately that my performance has been sluggish. I remember doing 3dmark2k1 on the machine right when i built it, and i got a little over 13000. Now, i just tried it again, and i got 7500! how is the possible? I had a virus a little while ago but i got rid of it, could that be the problem? please help!

7500 is waaaaaaaay to low. is it possible that you have some ATi drivers somewhere in there? also, make sure that the FSAA and AA are off from the display properties. even if you turn it off in the 3dmark program, it will stay on if you dont turn it off in the display properties
