Is anyone else having problems posting above 10.5 mult with 100fsb on the msi pro2A and a 1gig tbird? I obviously got the bridges connected right cause im running at 10.5 mult and 110fsb, but when i try 11X it wont even post. Any suggestions? Im running the vcore at 1.83v. Thanks for any help!

1.83v? i dont' have a pro2a ... but don't they go by .025 increments?

try jumping the voltage higher...it may be the limit of the cpu...
oh...11*100 .. if that works than it's the limit or something...

how are your L1 bridges connected?

the pro2A runs .07 or .08 more on vcore than the bios says. (1.75 + .08 = 1.83)

The bridges are connected by pencil

Okaie...
so just try 11x100
if it doesn't post than you got the penciling half wrong...or you need higher voltage

raise the 1.75 in the bios to 1.8 and see if that works...it might need a lil more juice (but i doubt it cuz you have it @ 11xx already)

try different combinations...to rule out certain problems you think it might be...

Heres the deal... i cant post anything at 11x, i can post at 10.5x, but it takes a while for the bios to come up. Right now its at 10.5*110, and runs pretty stable... i got it to post at 10.5*117, but windows wouldnt load. Oh, and its up to 1.88v (1.8+.08)

I dont know whats the deal... and how can i get the pencil "half wrong"?
