Are you 12? Sony is the retailer. The first step in a credit card dispute is to attempt to resolve it with the retailer. The CC company will only take action if the retailer doesn't resolve it to your satisfaction.

Are you 12? Sony is the retailer. The first step in a credit card dispute is to attempt to resolve it with the retailer. The CC company will only take action if the retailer doesn't resolve it to your satisfaction.
