when i use Adobe After Effects/Premier and apply 2 effects or so and play in real time without rendering a 10 second clip without any audio my RAM (1GB stick) drops from 1GB to 10 MB (and drops fast) and the CPU usaage is 100%


I wish i could show you the pics of my Task manager, but

is this serious

cpu= 100%
PF usage= 1.01 GB

Physical Memory

Total = 1048040
Avabile = 19880

Applications in use: IE, AIM, Adode After Effects

and everything runs very slow (this is a new computer just 3 weeks old)
