Help please: I lost my c: ( it's called f: )

I moved my c: to slave and installed a new hard drive. The system wasn't set to boot from cdrom for me to install windows so it actually booted from the slave and called it C: and called my master F: . I have since removed the original drive and installed winxp pro on the new drive. It is the only hard drive on the system but it is still being seen as F: drive? How do I fix this?

It's just a letter... but if you're can't deal with that for some reason, you probably have to format/reinstall windows.
