cpu usage in task manager is constant 40 percent. no other programs is taking up resources only system idle process at 90 percent. this is a new build and operating system xp64. never had a problem previous two days until i ran memtest86 that show no ram errors. is task manager reading right? also ai booster show the two core at 40 constant.
