Question Help picking a small nvme and usb enclosure to use as a boot drive for proxmox

I'm building an intel based mini-pc proxmox/ceph cluster. I've got limited m.2 slots. I'm looking to put an nvme drive in a usb type-a enclosure to boot proxmox, then use the internal nvme slots for replicated ceph storage and vm pools.

I went through the nvme enclosure thread, i'm looking one of these enclosures with the RTL9210B chipset, this one from what i can tell seems to be a fairly popular/safe option.

As far as nvme storage, i don't need much space, frankly even 128gb would be plenty for a base proxmox install, plus logs, right now i'm thinking WD SN750 250gb

Do these seems like good choices? do you think there may be better choices?
