Hey!
Im building a new system and I need help picking a cooling system for it.
The specs are:
Lian-Li Pc-60 Case
AMD Athlon XP 2100
Asus A7V333 MB
Corsair 2700 512MB Ram
Enermax 421W PSU
VisionTek Geforce 4 ti4600
SB Audigy Platinum
Seagate 7200 RPM 80 GIG HD
Windows XP Pro (thanks guys)
For the cooler (MB i think) Im going to get the Alpha PAL8045. I know that but the rest I am not really sure. I want to get Papst 8412NGL but I do not know how many and what size (if there are different ones). Is there anything i would need besides the Alpha PAl8045 + # of Papst 8412NGL? (I heard this combination was good from the Anandtech review). This is the thing that I'm stuck on so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Edit: maybe the DELTA Fans that they tested might be good, considering that they were testing the fans on an Athlon 1.4ghz, the 2100 XP might need more cooling then the papst ones? I'm not really sure lol

lol sound doesn't matter to me that much..as long as it isn't like living outside an airport (bad simile but bah)...but something kind of in the normal range i don't need it like silent but too loud is kind of iffy.

If your going for quiet go with an 8045 with a panaflo 32 dba 38 CFM fan with 4 nice Silencer case fans (2 in 2 out)

If you dont care about sound (although I know you will after a week) go with some HEAVY DUTY delta or Sunon case fans with a super high CFM 80 mm fan on any 80mm HS.

i also want fans that would just keep my computer in a normal/cool state of temperature. Im not an overclocker so I dont think I need very very powerful fans. Also would my case fit all those fans (5?)

I'm pretty sure your case has 2 in 2 out spots if not it has at least 1 in 2 out and one of the fans fits over the heatsink replacing the normal one if it is bundled.

Ok, thank you!
If anybody else has any recommendations, it would be cool to have your input too.
