Hi:

I added PCI base SATA Driver to add more SATA port. I connected SATA DVD-RW through this card. my PC does not recognized DVD-RW. Do I need to update BIOS or anything else?

Thanks,

Shreeit

I'm going to assume you installed a PCI SATA controller card?

If so, many don't recognize SATA optical drives and there's nothing you can do about it but without specific info on your MB and card, there's no way for anyone to help.
