HELP: PCI drivers...

When ever I add a "Belking Ultra ATA/133 PCI Card"
and get latest official drivers for it from http://www.belkin.com/support/download.asp?lang=1&download=F5U098&mode=

For some reason my WinXP Pro SP2 with latest patches only accepts the drivers from "C:\Belkin2\F5U098\Drivers\Driver for Raid\" directory and fails to accept from "C:\Belkin2\F5U098\Drivers\Driver for Non-Raid\" directory... also at the download page it states: "Original Driver" meaning card has no and thus doesn't need nor has any firmware updates that I could apply...

After accepting Raid drivers - the card shows up fine - and HDs attached to it can be accessed but the next time I restart my Win XP Pro it fails to start due to "MUP.SYS" being broken!

So I need to select "Last known good configuration..." to fix the issue and reinstall the drivers again...

Has anyone ever experienced alike issues w. hardware?

What can I do to resolve this issue?
