Help pay my falsely given $100 parking ticket!

I was parked outside the local CD store today, near a handicapped zone. There was a sign that said "handicapped parking only" and I went PAST that sign and parked with my rear bumper about a foot past the sign. The rest of the street was completely open for parking to anyone, and others were parked along the street.

So I came out of the store only to discover a $100 parking ticket attached to my windshield! This is 10x as much money as a normal fine and I simply do not have the funds to pay it right now. I am a Junior in High School, so it is impossible for me to appear for a court date Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM to contest it. The only thing I am left to do is pay the fine, and it is a major pain in the ass. If anyone can donate a dollar or two, hopefully the awesome AT community will do me a huge favor. Thanks a lot for your time!

EMAIL ME FOR A SCAN OF THE TICKET if you need some proof

Paypal address is mosox at msn.com

EDIT: Just got an idea-- someone who has a normal PayPal account- not Premier-- could serve as my funds collector. When all the funds are accumulated, he can send the funds to me. That way 30 cents won't be taken out of every payment! No matter how small a payment is, 30 cents is automatically taken out, plus another 2-3%. I would only have to pay one 30 cent fee plus the 2-3% off of the total if the funds collector sent it all in one payment to me.

Some AWESOME heat for anyone who helps out!

Um, just cause you went past the sign doesn't mean you were out of the zone... I don't know cause I wasn't there, but you may just have misunderstood the sign...

I was definitely out of the zone. There were other signs on the street that said "One hour parking this side of street," and people were parked along the street right there. I went past the handicapped sign and was closer to the one hour parking signs.

Flame away if you really feel the need... I am prepared to take it. I know that I am right in this matter and I will deal with whatever extra baggage may come of it if it is a means to an end.
