HELP p5w screwed!

I need help really bad. I've got a project due very soon and my computer just died. It's a p5w dh deluxe with an e6600. You know how it sometimes hangs on high fan speed and doesn't post when an OC fails? Well, I've had a 'stable' moderate OC for a month or two and it seems to be doing that now instead of anything. I can't get it to post no matter what I try. Is there a way besides removing the CMOS battery and jumpers to get this thing reflashed? If my chip is fried, or the board is fried that's one thing, but if its just some weird bios thing, then I'd like to save myself a frantic 600 dollars. Please help!

Shut the Power Supply off Back where the Power Cable enters the Power Supply.....

Unplug that Cord.... Then Hit Front On/Off Switch to drain all Power.....

Let it sit for 5 min

then plug Cord Back in... Flip the Switch back on on the rear of PSU.... Hit the On/Off ....

It Should Post and Boot...........

If Not Post back
