HELP!! P4B266 won't boot

When you clear cmos, you must make sure the power supply is unplugged. Also ASUS included a really nice feature (I am not sure it works with usb keyboards, but it should). If you hold down the INSERT key while you press the power button to turn it on, then it will boot at default conditions and let you go into bios to make sure its all set right. I think you might try a different powersupply if doing this doesn't help. The droop (voltage getting low) on the +12v rail from these cpu/mobo combinations can be pretty extreme. I don't think powersupplies like it very well and if you had a weak one, it might of died.
