ASUS P4B266 256mem shut down took adump went to boot post went ok went toos boot window came up [windows root] system 32\hal.dll. insert disk Idownloaded boot disk from micr com. wont work. Ibooted agan after systems check[hard disk malfunc].help sorry failed to mention ibm 40hard dick. when you get old you loose it:disgust:

sounds like that IBM died.
try it on another system / or another drive on your system.
