Help overclocking e4500

I have reached a stable 3ghz at 266mhzx11 with memory running in unlocked with temps that average out to about 45C orthos load according to cpuz. this is on "stock voltages". Since the Vdroop on this board is pretty bad (at 1.46v it is about 1.4v load) so in the bios the voltage is at 1.3125 and under load it is at 1.28v. I have gotten it to boot at 300mhzx11 but it requires 1.4v in windows but it bluescreens saying something like "Machine_Check_System" which means from what I can tell my system isn't getting enough juice. I just have 1 4pin connector in the 8 pin motherboard power (not the main 24 pin) In the manual it says you only need one 4 pin but it is recommended you use an 8 pin(2 4s will not fit, i've tried). Also I am running my mem unlocked at 400mhz (or with the double data rate 800mhz).

Lock the FSB to the memory speed (1:1 divider). What is the model of your RAM? Raise Vcore to 1.4 in BIOS. 3.0GHz at default Vcore is normal for E4x00. Chip should be good up to at least 3.2GHz with a decent MB.

Ok, I have 2gb of ocz ddr2 800 gold revision ram on a 680i t1(same as a1- 20 sata cables) will try with the linked divider.
