help on building a xmas computer

Well I am currently in the market for a small, fast and cheap pc for my girlfriend. The options I see are a nf2 igp, radeon express 200, and the geforce 6150. If I?m missing anything please tell me, I?m trying to see exactly what would give me the best graphical experience with out the need of a gfx card (cause that would require more cash than I have) now only if I can get a board and a gpu cheaply enough would I consider that as a option
