Help on amd 1.4 build

I am building my first amd system.I have run into a snag in this project.The motherboard is a epox ep-8kta3+pro.The manual leads me to belive the cpu is automatically detected.When it post it shows to be 1050mhz (100*10.5 ).I must be missing something here.Thanks Chris
 
Thanks guy's that did the trick.After looking at the manual again .The manual first page has a notice telling about the board not having a switch for the front side bus at all.It defaults too 100mhz.Has to be changed threw bios.one quick question thought ,its showing 45c in idle .Was wondering if this is a ok tremp.Again thanks guy's .
