HELP: Often when I get hungry, I get pains down my left arm.

Not sure why that is, but it happens quite often. I haven't been clinically diagnoses, but I'm sure I have hypoglycemia. Could it be related?

Hopefully someone else understands...

Down your whole left arm? Is the pain 'radiating' from your chest to your left arm? Can you give us a more detailed description of those pains?

hypoglycemia

What Are the Symptoms of Hypoglycemia?

A person with hypoglycemia may feel weak, drowsy, confused, hungry, and dizzy. Paleness, headache, irritability, trembling, sweating, rapid heart beat, and a cold, clammy feeling are also signs of low blood sugar. In severe cases, a person can lose consciousness and even lapse into a coma.
The symptoms associated with hypoglycemia are sometimes mistaken for symptoms caused by conditions not related to blood sugar. For example, unusual stress and anxiety can cause excess production of catecholamines, resulting in symptoms similar to those caused by hypoglycemia but having no relation to blood sugar levels.

Pains down your arm can mean you are about to have a heart attack or stroke (can't remember which one)... sounds serious.. at least call your doctor

You could try eating. 🙂

Seriously though, I'd consult a doc on that.

I used to get the odd shooting pain down the left arm, limpness, etc.., but then again I was smoking 2 packs a day at the time so it could be related to that.
