Help OC'ing A64

I built my new rig about 2.5 weeks ago, and I think it's time to see how far she can go. I'm not really trying to get insane numbers, but something like 2.5ghz would be nice or maybe 2.4ghz. I've got the EPoX EP-8KDA3J board with nForce3 250gb chipset. the BIOS is a little outdated but that's because I seriously don't have a floppy disk to update them with.

Anyway, when I try to OC the CPU if I go any farther than 210x11 the system wont POST and I just have a blank screen. I know I have to adjust things when I try to up the FSB but I'm not sure what. My HT multiplier or frequency (w/e its called) is at 4x my ram settings are at auto but I'd also like to adjust those too.

Any help would be appreciated.

WinFlash lets you update your BIOS through Windows.
Drop HT multi to 3x, make sure AGP/PCI bus are locked, and raise voltage.

Awesome, thanks man. Where do I get WinFlash? AGP/PCI should be locked but I can check. And I suppose I just raise the voltage to the next interval and just see what works?

AGP/PCI Bus are locked? i don;t understand that.

AGP/PCI buses must be locked, if they are not, OC'ing will cause nearly instant instability.
And yes, increase by smallest interval.
