Help oc AMD64 3000+ on ASUS A8N SLI

Hi guys, i'm wondering maybe somebody would help me step by step oc this cpu. I'm buying ASUS A8N SLI and AMD64 3000+. I chose for 3000+ cause i read that it can oc higher than FX-53 and i'm in a tight budget. What are the precautions i have to b aware of? What are the things i have to tweak in the BIOS? I'm using ENLIGHT 420W PSU and 2 value Kingston DDR400 RAM,that be enough right?. Do i have to change the heatsink rather than using the stock one?


I'm so affraid if somehow in the middle i would accidently burn my new CPU..... I experience it once though... an AMD K6 back when i was little
