HELP!? NVM solved

I was changing some of my memory timings on the bios and when i restarted the system just beeped. Beeps for about 1 second every 5 seconds. I tried unhooking the power and taking out the lil battery... can't find where to clear the bios... not in book. Is there something i can do?

there is a clear cmos jumper on that board!! Its JP1. After reset..enter bios and select load defaults and save. Then you can bo back into the bios and do your tweeking...this time carefully.
