Umm I recently went on a deleting binge (DONT ASK) and accidentaly deleted this file out of my root directory. Where can I download it, and does anyone know how I can start NT to a prompt or something without it? A boot disk will not work because my hard drive is formatted in NTFS, which my win98 boot disks can't read. Any suggestions?

I hope you've got the CD.
If XP is like 2K you need to install the recovery console and run FIXBOOT from the command prompt.
