HELP: Noob overclocking E6400

Hey everyone,
Ive been trying to learn some of the vast amount of knowledge there is to know about overclocking, but Im still a noob. I recently got an E6400 with a DS3 mobo. My memory is Corsair DDR2-800. I have it overclocked to about 2.96GHz right now, which isnt much, but Im on the stock Intel HSF. My temps according to TAT are about 50/51 on idle, but with Orthos it runs up to 59/60. These seem so high....!!!??!?!!??

I have changed the voltages in the BIOS slightly, but Im not sure about the Vcore. CPU-Z gives it to be 1.328. My Bus Speed is 370....my memory multiplier is set at 2.00 giving me memory frequency to be 740, so Im still at 1:1 right? Now what will happen if I push up my bus to 400? Will I need to increase voltages? If so which ones? The DS3 BIOS is confusing me so any help there would be appreciated too!

I realize I should probably invest in a better HSF.....so yeah. I know im a complete noob and if you think I should just reset everything and leave my comp alone please tell me....
Thanks,
JJ
