Help! No video on Planar PV174

Hi! I just received this LCD form Dell and I don't get any video on the screen. Connection is analog. After turning it on power led flashes with green light 2 times and than stays black. Video card works fine cause I cheked it with my CRT. Is LCD broken?

Verify was resolution and refresh rate it's running at. It may not show the bootup screen but should show the windows screen provided it's at an acceptable refresh rate.

I am running it at 1024x768 with refresh rate 60. So I think the problem is in something else.
Also, I don't know why power led doesn't stays green.

Sounds like it's broken. I plugged mine in and it worked fine. Try plugging it into another computer if you have one. Otherwise, just reutn it to dell for a new one.

fwiw...set resolution to 1280x1024 first with the CRT ....and then start it up.
