I have an A5W DH Deluxe and a conroe 6600. I power it up and get nothing. The fan spins on the cpu, the fan spins on the X1950XT card. Little green mobo light is lit. No beeps, no post. Replaced E6600 with another 775 chip that is older (not Core 2) as I read something on the ASUS site about possible old bios. Still nothing. Replace PCI-E video card with an old PCI video card - still nothing. All I have connected is the mobo, CPU and video - no drives or anything extra. FYI - Im using a Corsair HX620 Power Supply, so I doubt it's a power problem.

Thoughts? Help?

Thanks

How's your RAM doing? Try with 1 stick of RAM and switch if necessary. Good luck.

Thanks for the thought - two sticks tried individually in several slots - nothing - no beeps, no post.

With nothing in the box but the mobo and a pci graphics card, the only thing to plug in is hte mobo and it lights up.
