I am trying to get a decent overclock all I get is 2.31 from a 3700+ san diego

anyone have a good guide for a DFI ultra-d board for overclocking?

heres a memory guide, but you need to check out the stickys in the oc forum and then ask specific questions, list your specs and what you have done and what you want to get.

if you're getting crashes while using a memory divider, flash to the 7/4/05 BIOS. Works wonders.

Does this other user use the same RAM? If so, then they BSing you or your RAM may be defective. Try running Memtest as well to make sure your RAM is able to run without errors.

Yep everything is the same, right now I am stable at 2.53Ghz, and I ran memtest, everything looks cool now.

I did want to see how much I could get out of the Sandy, then I will probably stick with this setting now.
