I assembled my pc last night, and when I plugged it in, I did not get any display. there are no boot up sounds and all the lights are on (floppy, HDD LED)

The components consist of

Motherboard: Mach Speed X-Caliber P4X400DBP Socket 478
CPU: Intel Celeron 330 2.66Ghz
RAM: Ultra 512MB PC2100 DDR 266MHz (X2)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon 7000 64MB SDR AGP
HDD: Western Digital Caviar SE 200GB

I cleared the CMOS, but still no display.

I am fairly new at this (this is my 3rd PC, my first problem like this), so I don't quite know what to check for, I can check something if you tell me.

Thanks

Ed

Hmm the Floppy light is on?
Shouldn't be unless you havea floopy in it being read at the time.
Possibly you hooked up your floppy drive backwards?Check it.
Could be the bios is halting on floppy seek and can't find it because you hooked it up backwards.
Happened to me once.
Double check all your connections!

Unplug the drives (floppy & HD) and see if it will post.
